Getting started with True Power Logistics is simple! Whether you’re a new carrier or an existing trucking company looking to stay compliant, here’s what you need:

For New Carriers Starting a Trucking Business:

✅ Apply for a USDOT & MC Number – We handle the FMCSA registration to get you legally authorized to operate.
✅ Obtain Intrastate or Interstate Operating Authority – Depending on whether you haul within a single state or across state lines, we’ll secure the necessary permits.
✅ File for UCR Registration – Required annually for interstate carriers.
✅ Set Up IFTA for Fuel Tax Reporting – If you operate in multiple states, you’ll need IFTA registration & decals to stay compliant.
